Managing Director of the Arntz Optibelt Group retires from the company




Höxter, 2 December 2024 After holding the position of Chairman of the Managing Board for almost 14 years, Reinhold Mühlbeyer went into retirement on 30 November 2024.


His colleagues organised a get-together to pay tribute to his services and thank him for his many years of dedication. During his term, Mühlbeyer had a decisive impact on the development of the Arntz Optibelt Group. He strengthened the group’s international presence thanks to new distributions companies, modernised logistic structures and promoted innovations such as the modernisation of the IT system using SAP. The optibelt brand image also received a fresh update under his leadership.

“Reinhold Mühlbeyer has sustainably strengthened our company and prepared us well for the future. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts and wish him all the best”, declares the Chairman of the Advisory Board, Gunnar Ummen. The Arntz Optibelt Group remains on a success course thanks to a clear path and a strong management team. Regina Arning joined the Arntz Optibelt Group in 2024 and has stepped in as the successor of Reinhold Mühlbeyer with immediate effect.
