What are the changes on 11.03.2025?

Our new website and our new online shop will go live on March 11 2025. Visitors from Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East can use the new platform by selecting their region. Customers and interested parties from America will be redirected to our existing website, which will be relaunched in the coming months.

What's new?

From now on, our online store and our website are merged into one platform. You no longer have to switch back and forth between different pages. Search, check and order directly on our website! The new “quick order” function in the top right-hand corner allows you to upload orders simply by clicking the upload button. You will find the corresponding CSV template under “Upload your order”.

Do I have to register again?

No, a new registration is not necessary. Your existing login will remain valid and you will be able to log in to the new platform as usual from March 11, 2025. You will find your personal login in the top right-hand corner of the website. There you have access to “myoptibelt” - here you can manage your user data, view your orders, save addresses and create watch lists. You can also access and manage Optibelt services you have already applied for, such as the media center or CAP drive calculation.

What should I do if I cannot find something?

If you cannot find something, you have the following options:


  1. Use the search function: enter the product name, the SAP material number or the EAN code in the search field, which is permanently located at the top of the website.
  2. Contact us via the contact button: You will find a contact button in the top right-hand corner of the website. You can use this to contact us directly. Alternatively, we provide a contact form.
  3. Use our feedback button: On the right-hand side of the website you will find a feedback button with a blue background. Here you can report errors, give us general feedback or make suggestions for improvement.

These options are designed to ensure that you receive the information you require quickly and can contact us if necessary.

In which languages is the website available?

German and English will be available at launch. We are working on implementing French, Spanish and Portuguese in the future.

Where can I find the products and detailed product information?

To find your desired products and detailed product information, proceed as follows:


  1. “Products & Solutions” - On the website you will find the “Products & Solutions” section. Click on it to go to your desired product area.
  2. Select an item - Within the product area, you can select a specific item that meets your requirements.
  3. Login and shopping cart - After successfully logging in, you can add the selected item to the shopping cart to continue with the ordering process.
  4. Use filter functions - Use our filter functions to sort the products according to specific features or lengths and refine your search.
  5. "Industry Solutions" - Alternatively, you can also navigate via the industry solutions. For example, if you are looking for products for road construction, you can browse for suitable products directly in this area.
  6. Can't find what you're looking for? If you cannot immediately find the product you are looking for, please use our search function or contact us using the contact button on the website. We are always available to help you.

These steps are designed to ensure that you can easily and efficiently find the products and information you need on our website.

Can I download the product images shown?

Yes, please register for our media center and request access under “myoptibelt”. There you can download product images and other media. If you are not yet registered, click on “Register” in the top right-hand corner of the website to request access.

How can I check my order history?

Log in and click on “myoptibelt”. There you have access to your order history and can view all current and archived orders.
