St. Nicholas Day coffee event at the Arntz Optibelt Group 2025

Honouring long-standing employees

Höxter, 4 December 2025 At the Arntz Optibelt Group’s traditional St. Nicholas Day coffee event for former employees, the company once again honoured colleagues celebrating long-service anniversaries this year.

As every year, the corporate group welcomed former employees and invited guests to its well-established St Nicholas Day coffee at the Höxter headquarters in early December. CEO Regina Arning opened the event with warm words of welcome and provided an overview of the 2025 financial year, along with insights into the future strategic direction of the Arntz Optibelt Group.

Despite a challenging environment, the company looks to the coming year with confidence: Strategic investments in production, digitalisation and sustainability will continue to be expanded in order to further strengthen the corporate group’s global market position.

“The St. Nicholas Day coffee event is always a special moment to pause, reflect and express our gratitude”, emphasised CEO Regina Arning in her speech. “Our colleagues - whether active, retired or in training - are at the heart of our Group. Their commitment and solidarity have shaped Optibelt into what it is today: a strong, reliable family-owned company with a clear view towards the future.”

Honouring long-standing employees

The Arntz Optibelt Group once again recognised numerous long-serving employees. In total, more than 90 colleagues from various sites and companies marked anniversaries in 2025.

A particular highlight was the recognition of seven employees celebrating 40 years of service: Rainer Beverungen, Michael Weigang, Bernd Trepczyk, Martin Struck, Hans-Georg Klocke, Dieter Kleine, and Erich Spieker.

In addition, many colleagues were honoured for 25 and 10 years of dedicated service. This exceptional loyalty reflects the Group’s strong corporate culture and the shared values that have long characterised the Arntz Optibelt Group.

The St. Nicholas Day coffee event once again offered a wonderful opportunity to reminisce, reconnect and exchange stories in a warm and convivial atmosphere. The Group extends its sincere thanks to all employees celebrating an anniversary - as well as to all former colleagues - for their many years of trust and for their valuable contribution to the success of the Arntz Optibelt Group.
