Optibelt elastomer films made from different types of rubber are characterized by their outstanding properties. Our particular strength lies in the production of films with a thickness of 0.30–2.00 mm. Optibelt ELASTOMIT products are tailor-made to meet the needs of our customers. In addition to standard designs, we also offer a wide range of special designs.

Our optibelt ELASTOMIT-R X-ray protection material shields X-rays in a wide range of applications. Excellent shielding values are achieved through the use of various metals. The rubber content used ensures outstanding flexibility with low weight. In addition to lead-containing versions, our product range also includes light lead and lead-free versions.

Safety plays a particularly important role in the food industry. To meet the high standards of the food industry, Optibelt offers lead-free protective curtain materials for X-ray systems, which are used, among other things, to detect foreign objects in food. Some grades are also specially designed for contact with unpackaged goods. Our material is therefore the ideal solution for combining X-ray protection with the high demands of food safety.

The DEUSER BAND was specially developed for an efficient training program. It is distributed by our trading partner, Deuser Sports GmbH. This effective training device can be used to perform a wide range of exercises, enabling targeted whole-body training. Since 1967, the DEUSER BAND has proven its high elasticity and resistance in both professional and recreational sports and has since become an indispensable component when it comes to the targeted development of various muscle groups.

Thousands of pieces of luggage are handled at airports every day. This places special demands on the materials used in baggage handling. Our products serve as protective curtain material in X-ray inspection systems for detecting cargo and baggage at airports. Our particularly robust products are characterized by exceptional sliding properties and flexibility, making them tailor-made for the high demands of baggage and cargo handling.
