Annual Arntz Optibelt Group Plant Managers’ Meeting

Höxter/Bad Blankenburg, August 2025. Optibelt Produktions GmbH (OPG) not only celebrated its 30th anniversary within the Optibelt Group this year, but also hosted the annual Plant Managers’ Meeting from the 18th to the 20th of August 2025.

The event brought together plant managers from all nine Arntz Optibelt Group locations for in-depth exchanges on current developments and long-term strategic topics. "The Plant Managers’ Meeting once again demonstrated the great value of close cooperation within the Group. Only together can we overcome the challenges of the future and successfully seize opportunities," emphasised Managing Director Mr Ummen in his opening speech.

Setting the strategic course

Discussions centred on the Group’s long-term objectives for 2025–2030, the continued development of our production network, and fresh opportunities to enhance efficiency and unlock further improvements. A tour of OPG’s production facilities provided valuable insights into the production of timing and ribbed belts and underlined the Group’s outstanding manufacturing know-how.

Anniversary and special distinction

The event also marked the 30th anniversary of OPG within the Arntz Optibelt Group. On behalf of OPG, Plant Manager Lars Machold accepted an award presented by Managing Director Konrad Ummen and Heike Kutz of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, in recognition of OPG’s decades of commitment.
