Friction welding tool RS02

Friction welding tool RS02 for round sections, V-sections and special profiles

Basic Service Case

SG02 welding tool for round and V-belts with accessories


The five-part Basic case provides the user with a complete standard kit for occasional use. Welding tool SG02 has a longer warm-up phase than the Premium service case model and is suitable only for welding urethane belts for optibelt RR, optibelt HRR and optibelt KK, whenever the need arises, using the two guide clamps supplied.

The guide clamp model FZ01 is used for round section belts with a diameter of up to 10 mm and V-belts up to profile 10, while model FZ02/3 is used for round section belts with a diameter of 8 mm or more and V-belts up to profile 32.

A pair of shears and an edge cutter for removing the welded seam are also included in the equipment to obtain a perfect cut for optimal welding. All items included in the Basic service case can also be purchased separately. Further spare parts are listed in the round belt accessories section.

Premium Service Case

EErgo welding tool for round and V-belts with accessories


This five-piece Premium service case is suitable for everyday use. With its ergonomic and temperature-controlled EErgo welding tool, TPE and PU belts for optibelt RR, optibelt HRR and optibelt KK can be welded at just the touch of a button.

The versatile FZ01 Vario clamp is the perfect complement to the welding kit. Due to the quick-clamp feature, round section belts up to a diameter of 10 mm and V-belts up to profile 10 can be clamped and welded in a very short time. The exchangeable profile jaws also make it possible to weld special profiles. The Premium kit also includes an additional pair of guide clamps for use for round section belts with a diameter of 8 mm or more and V-belts up to profile 32.

The kit is rounded off with a pair of shears with an adjustable angle stop which allows straight and angled cuts to be made, and an edge cutter for removing the welded seam.
